Berlin 01.02.2022 - Grover, the leading tech subscription company, is expanding its executive team by appointing Tim Navis as new VP of Marketing. Tim comes with a broad range of international marketing experience across Europe, the U.S., and APAC, signifying the international growth ambitions of Grover. Having worked at companies such as Google, Letgo (OLX), and Zivver, Tim possesses key qualities that will help bolster Grover for long-term success: broad experience in innovative companies, leadership across different continents, and a proven track record in both consumer and B2B marketing. Prior to joining Grover, he was responsible for all Growth Marketing initiatives at Zivver - expanding the company’s efforts in the Benelux and UK. At Letgo, he developed many customer acquisition channels for the U.S. and Turkey. During his years at Google he led many global clients such as Heineken, L’Oréal, and Samsung through their digital transformation by implementing the most innovative digital campaigns of its days.
“I am extremely excited to be joining Grover and scaling the marketing team into a global all-star team. With today’s need for flexibility and detachment from ownership, Grover is clearly poised to become the world-leading tech subscription company. Combined with the circular economy business model and expansion into fintech, Grover truly wants to make technology accessible for everyone. The need to get hardware into the hands of the many has accelerated exponentially over the last years and will increasingly prove to be the core driver of connecting people to the world. With such a compelling product offering, Grover is a great solution for both individuals as companies who are looking for flexibility.”
Michael Cassau, Founder & CEO of Grover: “I am happy to announce Tim Navis as new VP Marketing. He is an excellent marketing professional with global experience and network. Tim will be an important addition to drive our marketing and brand efforts. This will be crucial as together we will take the next step towards making Grover the global trailblazing brand within the circular economy and financial service sector bridging the tech divide by offering access to state-of-the-art tech for everyone. Tim will play a key role in making that happen.”
As one of the creative hubs in Europe, Tim will be based in Amsterdam and will initially focus on driving all brand related initiatives.
