    Grover opens new chapter in its growth journey, Linda Rubin appointed as CEO

    Berlin, 22. November 2023 - After founding the business eight years ago, Michael Cassau has decided to step down as CEO of Grover. Together with the Board, Michael believes the time is right for new leadership to come in as Grover prepares for an intense growth period that will see the company become a globally recognised brand.
    He will step down immediately, handing responsibility to Chief Operating Officer (COO), Linda Rubin, who has been appointed CEO at interim. Michael will continue to serve the company as a member of the Board of Directors. Linda will be supported by a wider management team consisting of Michael Andersen as CFO, Esteban Escalante as CCO and Lucian Becher as Head of People and Chief Legal Officer.
    Linda Rubin has served as the COO at Grover for the past two years, overseeing the company's daily operations, as well as leading its fundraising initiatives. With over a decade of experience in the financial services and banking sector, Linda initially launched her career as an investment professional in Frankfurt with Rothschild and later with JP Morgan Chase & Co. in London.
    Michael is a visionary founder and has led us from humble beginnings to where we are today – the global leader in consumer-tech subscriptions, and one of Europe’s most promising tech companies. Aside from company success, Michael’s idea for Grover has spurred a global movement towards a subscription economy, something which has far reaching implications for both people and the planet.
